Thrive Digital is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team. This remote Canada role partners with leaders to drive people strategy, manage promotions, performance reviews, employee relations, and listening surveys using data-driven insights.

You will champion AI and modern HR tech to improve programs, advise on talent decisions, and foster a culture of direct feedback in a remote-first environment with flexible hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• You have owned end-to-end performance reviews or promotions cycles for a multi-team organization.
• You have handled employee relations matters independently with documentation and escalation.
• You have designed or run employee listening surveys and translated results into actions.
• You have used AI tools or modern HR tech to speed up people-data analysis or improve program delivery.
• You have coached managers through hard conversations with a fair, development-oriented approach.
• You operate with HR technical rigor and business pragmatism, earning trust on sensitive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own performance management processes end-to-end, including reviews and promotions.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, decisions, and HR concerns with objective recommendations.
• Guide managers on HR practices, documentation, and performance conversations.
