Job summary

OXARO Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an AI Transformation in Ottawa, ON. The role requires steering an outcome-driven roadmap, coordinating AI framework development, and driving change management in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with executives, business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities, define operating models, and measure progress through governance structures and clear reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years supporting AI transformation, digital modernization, or emerging tech in large organizations.
• Experience delivering outcomes in complex Agile environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience establishing governance structures, operating models, metrics, and oversight processes.
• Experience enabling organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and workforce enablement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI technologies, governance, and adoption strategies.
• Experience engaging with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams in workshops and steering committees.
• AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation certifications from recognized institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine an outcome-driven AI transformation roadmap.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities for AI framework development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management using Agile practices.
• Support AI adoption across the division through structured change management and workforce enablement.
• Contribute to AI framework development, delivery, and operating model improvements.
• Define architecture patterns, reusable AI assets, and playbooks for scalable AI delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration among executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate leadership committees, working groups, and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Lead demonstrations and reviews to drive alignment and progress across AI transformation.
• Establish governance structures, operating models, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI capabilities across the organization.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements.
