We are seeking a self-motivated, adaptable professional with a strong foundation in health and safety and a talent for teaching others. This role involves delivering engaging training to adult learners both in-person and online, so exceptional communication skills, proficiency with computers/technology, and the ability to present fluidly are essential.
The right candidate will bring a positive, professional demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration are key. You should feel comfortable delivering training on topics you may not have direct hands-on experience with—demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset to quickly develop subject matter understanding where needed.
Technical knowledge or experience in construction is a strong asset, however, we also value individuals who are quick learners, open to new topics, and willing to grow their technical knowledge as needed.
