Job summary

Pattison Agriculture Limited is seeking a Training Manager to lead workforce development across our Saskatchewan and Manitoba locations. You will design and deliver training modules, evaluate outcomes, and support employee growth.

Responsibilities include creating region-focused content, coordinating training schedules, onboarding staff, and understanding John Deere equipment. Travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience facilitating adult learning programs, strong presentation skills.
• Technical experience diagnosing and repairing basic electrical products.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
• Extensive experience in an agriculture-related role, dealership Service or Precision Ag preferred.
• Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel.
• Highschool diploma/equivalent required, Agriculture/Business/Engineering Degree preferred.
