Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a skilled Oracle Guided Learning content developer to join its Finance Business Systems team on a 4-month contract. You will create and refine Oracle Guided Learning content to improve user adoption of Oracle Fusion Finance, including walkthroughs, smart tips, hotspots, and contextual guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing Oracle Guided Learning content and enterprise training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, with an understanding of web technologies; familiarity with JavaScript, DOM, and browser dev tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Release Management processes, and Oracle Guided Learning certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content including walkthroughs, tips, hotspots, and contextual guidance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate processes into engaging digital training experiences and user documentation.
• Lead development and delivery of instructor-led and digital training programs for system adoption.
• Investigate user issues, coordinate defect resolution, and manage enhancement requests using Jira and other tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, update materials as systems change, and drive UX improvements.
• Collaborate with Release Management, Change Management, and technical teams to keep content accurate.

Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa (Hybrid, 1 day per week on-site, or as required. Strong preference for candidates based in Toronto.)

The project is to develop and enhance Oracle Guided Learning content to improve user adoption of Oracle Fusion Finance systems through embedded guidance, training programs, and digital learning resources.

Working alongside business leaders, subject matter experts, change management professionals, and technical teams, you'll lead the development of Oracle Guided Learning content that helps employees confidently navigate Finance systems. Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content, with experience delivering enterprise training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of web technologies and basic programming concepts. Familiarity with JavaScript, DOM, and browser developer tools is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Release Management processes, Finance systems, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and Oracle Guided Learning certification are considered strong assets.
