Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead for a full-time, remote role based in Canada. The candidate should have deep Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise, with strong GL, AP, AR, and FA knowledge and a track record of cloud implementations.

Ideal candidates will have 11+ years of IT experience, 8+ years in Fusion Cloud Financials, and a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent. This role may require travel to the Toronto area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 11+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 8+ years of exclusive experience in Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Oracle Financials Cloud experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, FA.
• At least 2–3 full life cycle Oracle Financials Cloud implementations (AP, GL, FA, AR).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud and OUM methodology.
• Excellent communication and business interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and drive functional design across modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Identify functionality gaps and propose solutions; document functional specs.
• Coordinate testing strategies (CRP, SIT, UAT) and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on data migration/inbound-outbound interfaces and reporting with third-party apps.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead. This is a Full-Time opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Canada (Remote).

Pay Range: CAD$125000 - CAD$150000/annum.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to Toronto.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

• At least 12 years of overall Information Technology experience and minimum 8+ years of exclusive experience in Fusion cloud Financials
• Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of the modules below.

• Oracle Fusion Finance - Fixed Assets
• Oracle Fusion Finance – Account Receivables
• Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud.
• Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, FA, AR).
• Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM), and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
• Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Excellent communication skills, adapting business interaction, and understanding business applications.
• Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience services organizations.
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications.
• Good Knowledge about Oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications.
• Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Excellent communication skills, adapting business interaction, and understanding business applications.
