Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Training Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conduct Foundry Training at key locations and at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICOE) OSINT Basic Course (OBC). Provide instructor training using OSINT Programs of Instruction (POI) approved by the AOO and support the development of curricula to maintain POI currency.
2. Support the Government POI, including:
   • Refreshers on OSINT Foundry courses as needed.
   • Real-time event detection and alerting.
   • PAI/CAI Collection with secure browsing techniques and dark web exploitation.
   • Procedures for accessing the deep web, data acquisition, and data visualization.
   • Machine language translation/linguistic support for foreign media content.
   • Access procedures for DoD enterprise tools and programs.
   • Collection requirement management.
   • Compliance with OSIR requirements.
   • Computer and mobile device security.
   • Understanding of PAI/CAI and databases available to Army/DoD users.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Educational and experience requirements: Bachelors & 10+ years, Masters & 8+ years, or PhD/JD & 5+ years.
2. Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs to meet learning objectives.
3. Knowledge of needs analysis, course development, and effectiveness evaluation.
4. Skills in organizing, communicating, and delivering training content and activities.
5. Proficiency in creating training materials for various formats including lecture, lab, field, CBT, and WBT.
6. Experience in monitoring and evaluating training programs and implementing improvements.
7. TS/SCI Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
