  • Maintain training calendars for all shifts and departments
  • Track and monitor certification status and renewal dates
  • Identify and address training gaps by partnering with supervisors and managers
  • Prepare training reports for audits, compliance, operations, and Talent
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and company values

What You’ll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a training, learning & development, or coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work across shifts or flexible hours as needed. Regular work schedule will be weekdays, but there may be occasional need for flexibility to work across different shifts if required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a strong asset
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with multiple teams
  • Must be willing to obtain and wear steel-toe safety footwear and other required PPE.
  • Must be able to travel between various DIRTT manufacturing facilities within Calgary.

What’s In It for You:
