Job summary

Info-Tech Research Group is seeking a proactive Training & Enablement Specialist to support our Sales Enablement team in Canada. You will own onboarding, content creation, and the execution of enablement initiatives to empower the sales force.

This role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders, content development, and coordinating training programs and quarterly plans. A background in sales and instructional design is valued, along with strong communication and project management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR or related field.
  • 3+ years in sales; experience in training/onboarding or sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales enablement.
  • Excellent content creation and instructional design skills; experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. This role is integral to supporting the execution of our training and enablement initiatives, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with some knowledge of training, onboarding, content creation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring comprehensive training and support for new employees.
  • Manage logistics and execution of onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and effective integration into their roles.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to new hires, identifying areas for improvement and offering support and resources to help them succeed within the sales enablement team.
  • Content & Tools Creation:
  • Contribute to the creation and development of training materials, content, and tools to support sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and informative resources that align with the needs of the sales team.
  • Support Execution of Quarterly Plans:
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of quarterly plans related to sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver training, coordinate activities with various departments, and support the development of content to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.
  • Support Project Rollout:
  • Assist in the rollout and implementation of various sales enablement projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support to project teams, coordinate activities, and ensure that project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales & prefer some experience in training, onboarding, or sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales enablement.
  • Excellent content creation and instructional design skills.Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using training and development software and tools.
