As a Trainee Apprentice Technician, you’re an important member of the Auto Service Team that diagnoses, repairs and provides service to Members’ vehicles ensuring their safety and performance meet the high standards BCAA delivers to our Members.
The salary range for this position is $38,648.52 to $48,310.56 and is determined via job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
