BCAA is hiring a Road Assist Fleet Technician in British Columbia. You will provide friendly, professional roadside mechanical assistance and towing to Members, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety.
The role includes rotating 24/7 shifts and shifts ranging from 8 to 11.25 hours with a one-year shift lock for stability. The position requires a high school diploma (Red Seal preferred), 5+ years of hands-on auto repair and diagnostics, and a valid BC Driver License Class 5.

As a Road Assist Fleet Technician, you’ll use your mechanical expertise and problem‑solving skills to help Members get back on the road safely and efficiently. Whether changing a tire, diagnosing an issue, or arranging a tow, you’ll be the reassuring presence our Members count on when they need it most. Enjoy a rolling 37.5-hour work week, with shifts ranging from 8 to 11.25 hours, scheduled one month in advance. The salary range for this position is $68,510.52to $85,638.12and is determined viajob‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
