Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Montreal, QC is seeking a part-time Logistics Clerk to support daily shipping and receiving operations. You will be the first point of contact for delivery drivers, log cash received, and help ensure documents are completed accurately.

You'll enter data into our WMS scheduler, coordinate with warehouse teams, and communicate in French and English. Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in varying temperatures is required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments including checks-in, door assignment, and check-out after load completion.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Log cash received by carriers and ensure proper counting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.

Monday to Friday: 17h to 23h30Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
