Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&LFG) in Vancouver is seeking a Trade Support Senior Analyst to join our global trade operations team. You will support pooled fund trading, onboard new accounts, and ensure timely settlements with custodians and brokers.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and industry certifications.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting our Pooled Fund Trading process to ensure timely trading of client cashflows.
• The role covers transactions into our broad suite of pooled fund offerings and segregated client mandates.
• Working with Trade Desks, the role takes responsibility for efficient trading within tight deadlines, including ADL calculations and T cost analysis.
• Onboarding of new accounts, products and counterparties in relevant internal systems.
• Responsible for ensuring timely settlement through managing custodian and broker relationships.
• Working with systems and technology teams to automate and improve processes with new technology.
• Maintaining and improving our Trade Support processes, systems and data to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.

• Resourceful and able to resolve complex problems quickly.
• Passionate about learning, with a curiosity to understand the why.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.** _ The salary range_ provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. **** _In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation_ of this position.
