Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Fixed Income Portfolio Managers and Trade desks in execution, processing and settlement of debt securities, money market, derivatives and FX.
• Handle transactions across pooled fund offerings and segregated client mandates.
• Collaborate with Trade Desks to ensure efficient trading within tight deadlines.
• Onboard new accounts, products and counterparties in internal systems.
• Ensure timely settlement by managing custodian and broker relationships.
• Work with systems and technology teams to automate and improve processes.

What You Will Do

• Responsible forsupporting our Fixed IncomePortfolio Managers and Trade desks in execution, processing and settlement ofdebt securities, money market, Derivativesand Foreign Exchange.
• The role covers transactions into our broad suite ofpooled fundofferingsand segregatedclientmandates.
• Working withTrade Desks,the role takes responsibility for efficient trading within tight deadlines.
• Onboarding ofnew accounts,productsand counterparties in relevant internal systems.
• Responsible for ensuringtimelysettlement through managing custodianand brokerrelationships.
• Working with systems and technology teams to automate and improve processes withnew technology.
• Maintaining and improving our Trade Support processes,systemsand data to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.

About You

• 2+ years of trade operations experience within Asset Management or related field. Preferably covering Fixed Income, Derivative or FX.
• Relevant education and industry certifications.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel,Outlookand PowerPoint).
• Effective communicator in both verbal and written communications.
• Resourceful and able to resolve complex problems quickly.
• Passionate about learning, with a curiosity to understandthe why.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The salary rangeprovidedreflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensationofthis position. Further questions may be directedtothe HR team during the interview process.
