Please note this position is permanent full-time and subject to modified work schedules, Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm.

We are devoted to your career advancement as a skilled technician and support national tractor and trailer apprentice certification programs. All of our Technicians are enrolled in the Technician Safety Award Program, providing awards and recognition for safety.

Responsibilities:

• Work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Mechanics, and other Trailer Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet.
• Diagnose problems found during inspections and prescribe the correct remedial action.

Specific responsibilities include:

• A Licensed Heavy-Duty Mechanic.
• Demonstrated diagnosing and time-management abilities.
• Previous experience and qualification to perform Safeties are mandatory.
• Experience using computers to enter work orders.

Qualifications:

• A certified Journeyman Technician or 2-3 years’ experience.
• Ability to perform Safety inspections; ability to obtain CVIP is mandatory.
