Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of site-based construction experience.
• Experience managing small teams and subcontractors.
• P.Eng designation is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction methods and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction project management activities are executed.
• Monitor budgets and critical path across projects.
• Establish schedules and staffing plans.
• Negotiate and execute contracts and agreements.
• Oversee procurement and vendor relationships.
