Job summary

HCLTech in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Release Manager to create release plans, coordinate promotions into production, and develop rollback and recovery strategies.

You will assess impact on service levels, manage go/no-go decisions, and collaborate with NS team members and vendors to ensure on-time, quality releases while tracking timelines and budgets. This role requires strong governance, change management, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in release management and coordinating promotions into production.
• Ability to create rollback and recovery plans for releases.
• Proven track record of managing change requests and go/no-go decisions.
