Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Track Administrator to support our chemical manufacturing client for a 12-month assignment. This role manages end-to-end time entry for all Track-enabled labor resources, ensuring accurate capture aligned to WBS, cost codes, and charging instructions.

The position requires strong SharePoint experience, TRACK Contractor Management System expertise, and advanced keyboard skills. You will interact across sites and vendors, driving cost accuracy and process improvements while

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 education plus 7+ years combination of applicable post-secondary education and related experience.
  • SharePoint experience required.
  • Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive and Teams.
  • TRACK Contractor Management System experience required.
  • SAP experience would be an asset.
  • Strong organization and time management to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with a low tolerance for errors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a team environment.
  • High level of customer service with the ability to professionally manage requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide information and guidance to assist others in utilizing existing systems, processes and programs.
  • Experience with file management electronic/hard copy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee time entry to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Manage time entry activities, ensuring high-volume, high-velocity data processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for time entry questions, exceptions, and escalations.
  • Ensure contractual integrity for all Track-enabled vendors by aligning field execution with contractual agreements.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration of vendors into the Track system.
  • Ensure compliance with all site, contractor, and union rules.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance Work (MW), MCI, and other Track subject matter experts to implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting structures within Track to monitor, measure, and forecast vendor labor performance.
  • Ensure all Track labor cost centers are reconciled each shift.
  • Correct misallocations promptly to protect labor cost accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendor timekeepers to support accurate and consistent labor reporting.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and lead regular meetings with vendor timekeepers to review expectations, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and support members of the Time Entry Support Team to ensure consistent execution of processes.
  • Deliver training and ongoing guidance to vendor timekeepers to promote compliance, accuracy, and best practices.
