Job summary

Kenny U-Pull is hiring a Tow Truck Driver in Trois-Rivières, QC. The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and offers a starting rate of $22/hour plus a semi-annual bonus up to 3.75%.

Qualifications

• Good driving record and valid license.
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customer vehicles from the pickup location to the branch.
• Maintain towing records with vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special instructions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Perform general labour duties, including depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities.
• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service!

We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Trois-Rivières, QC, from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will play an essential role in our daily operations.
