Job summary

Kenny U-Pull, a division of AIM, is hiring a Tow Truck Driver for our La Prairie, QC location. The role runs Sunday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with every other weekend required.

You will transport vehicles, maintain records, perform inspections, and support daily operations while delivering top-notch customer service. Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in La Prairie, QC, from Sunday to Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with every other weekend required. You will play a key role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting customer vehicles from the pick-up location to the branch.
• Maintaining accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions.
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Completing general labour tasks, which may include vehicle depollution, tire removal, and other related duties.
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities.
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers!

Qualifications

To join our team:

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence in good standing;
• Good driving record;
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures;
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions;
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
