Job summary

Kenny U-Pull in Trois-Rivières, QC is seeking a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This hands-on role plays a key part in moving vehicles, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations at our recycling center. You'll transport customer vehicles to the branch, maintain towing records, inspect tow trucks, assist with depollution and tire removal, and communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers to coordinate towing

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License in good standing.
• Good driving record.
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customer vehicles from the pickup location to the branch.
• Maintain accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special instructions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Perform general labour duties, including depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities.
• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service!

We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Trois-Rivières, QC, from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will play an essential role in our daily operations.
