Job summary

Kenny U-Pull is seeking a Tow Truck Driver for Trois-Rivières, QC, Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will safely transport vehicles, keep precise tow logs, and perform inspections and depollution tasks as part of daily operations.

You will communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate towing and ensure excellent service, while upholding safety protocols and maintaining equipment. A strong customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing.
• Safe driving record and knowledge of towing safety rules.
• Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck in varying conditions.
• Strong customer service attitude and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customer vehicles from pickup location to the branch.
• Maintain towing records with vehicle and location details.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tow truck and equipment.
• Perform depollution, tire removal and other general labor tasks.
• Coordinate towing activities with dispatchers and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.

We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Trois-Rivières, QC, from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will play an essential role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for:

• Safely transport customer vehicles from the pickup location to the branch;
• Maintain accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special instructions;
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation;
• Perform general labour duties, including depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks;
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities;
• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service!

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing;
• Good driving record;
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures;
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions;
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude;

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
