Kenny U-Pull in Trois-Rivières, QC, is seeking a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join the team from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves safely transporting customer vehicles, performing inspections, and coordinating with dispatch for towing tasks.

We're looking for a candidate with a clean driving record, knowledge of towing laws, and strong customer service and communication skills; the job is full-time with a competitive hourly wage of CAD 18.00.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight, scan and sort freight within the facility.
• Safely transport customer vehicles from pickup location to the branch.
• Maintain towing records with vehicle information and locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment.
• Perform general labour duties including depollution and tire removal.
• Coordinate towing activities by communicating with dispatchers and customers.

Job Duties

• To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility.

You will be responsible for:

• Safely transport customer vehicles from the pickup location to the branch;
• Maintain accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special instructions;
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation;
• Perform general labour duties, including depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks;
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities;
• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service!
