Job summary

CBI Health Group in Toronto, ON is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to lead compensation and benefits administration, analyze programs, and drive cost-effective, equitable rewards aligned with business goals. You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to benchmark salaries, maintain salary ranges, and report on total rewards insights.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the organization's compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, salary ranges, and compensation reviews.
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking using external compensation surveys and market data.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data, salary structures, and related documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day administration and ongoing review of employee benefit programs.
  • Respond to complex employee and HR inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure benefits information, policies, and employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
  • Conduct market and internal analysis to identify opportunities to improve employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Support development and implementation of total rewards initiatives and programs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business leaders.
  • Ensure programs are evaluated to improve competitiveness and employee value.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and actionable Total Rewards analysis.
