W3Global is seeking an experienced Tort Law Clerk to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of plaintiff-side tort litigation experience, be highly organized, and possess strong communication skills to support lawyers through all stages of litigation.

The role requires excellence in legal drafting, file management, court procedures, and client communication, with an emphasis on attention to detail and proactive case management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tort Law Clerk experience.
• Plaintiff-side tort litigation experience is required.
• English language required.
• Strong drafting, organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support lawyers through all stages of plaintiff-side tort litigation.
• Draft legal documents, manage case files and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and court staff to coordinate matters.
• Prepare for hearings and assist in case strategy.
