W3Global, a Canadian law firm, seeks an experienced Tort Law Clerk to join its established team in Brampton. The role focuses on plaintiff-side tort litigation, supporting lawyers through all stages, with emphasis on legal drafting, file management, and court procedures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Tort Law Clerk work, strong communication and organizational skills, and English fluency. This is an in-person, full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

5+ years of Tort Law Clerk experience.
Plaintiff-side tort litigation experience is required.
English (required).
In person work location.
Strong drafting, file management, and knowledge of court procedures and client communication.

Mansioni

Support lawyers through all stages of plaintiff-side tort litigation.
Draft legal documents and manage case files.

Position Overview

The firm is looking to hire an experienced Tort Law Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in plaintiff-side tort litigation, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will support lawyers through all stages of plaintiff-side tort litigation and should have strong experience with legal drafting, file management, court procedures, and client communication.
