Job summary

W3 North America in Toronto is seeking a Business Development Manager for water treatment systems. This role focuses on relationship-building with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors to grow the company’s water reuse offerings in the Greater Toronto Area.

You will drive long sales cycles on major commercial projects, deliver credible technical and commercial quotes, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure what is sold can be delivered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales or business development.
• Experience with mechanical building systems and water treatment.
• Background in engineering consulting is a plus.
• Established relationships with Toronto-area engineers/contractors preferred.
• Willingness to work in a smaller, PE-backed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with consulting engineers in Toronto.
• Develop relationships with mechanical contractors and visit active job sites.
• Prepare and manage quotes for large commercial projects.
• Represent the business as a credible technical and commercial contact.
• Manage long, multi-stage sales cycles.
• Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure deliverability.
