DGA Careers Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced Surety Account Manager to support producers, underwriters, and construction professionals with responsive client service and solid relationship management.

You will manage day-to-day surety requirements across contract, developer, and commercial bonds, prepare submissions, renewals, and related documentation while maintaining accurate records. This full-time, permanent role offers exposure to a broad range of bonding requirements and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in surety, construction insurance, or related brokerage.

Responsabilités

• Manage issuance and admin of bonds and related documentation.
• Review bond documents against requisitions and specs.
• Prepare bid bonds, final bonds, renewals and extensions.
• Support new bonding submissions with Producers.
• Maintain client, bond, and account records in the brokerage system.
• Monitor renewal timelines and process renewals and invoicing.
• Calculate premium adjustments for renewals and account changes.
• Process annual bond administration fees.
• Ensure broker authorities and docs are current.
• Track tenders, lien bonds, and bonds needing closure.
• Coordinate with bonding companies to issue and submit documents.
• Assist with certificates of insurance requests.
• Maintain organized files; keep contacts current.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Support additional projects as required.
