Qualifications

• 7+ years of Contract Surety underwriting and/or brokerage experience.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, backlogs and risk profiles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for Surety and SDI clients, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day account leadership.
• Lead contractor and infrastructure client relationships, including stewardship meetings and renewal discussions.
• Structure and negotiate SDI and Surety programs, including submissions and policy placements.
• Support large and complex projects, including P3s and joint ventures.
• Coordinate with claims teams to support claims-related matters.
