Job summary

You will work closely with senior bankers, manage deal teams, and drive financial modeling and client communications.

The role requires at least 3 years in investment banking or related corporate finance, with MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in investment banking or related corporate finance (PE/VC/mezzanine); MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to define value drivers.
• In-depth industry and market knowledge to assess conditions.
• Knowledge of securities laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Prior investment banking experience is a pre-requisite.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers and act as the point person for deal execution.
• Lead and oversee financial modeling and analyses, presenting recommendations.
• Plan and execute due diligence and present findings.
• Develop investor materials and assist road shows.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting and auditors.
• Manage information flow on deal teams and mentor analysts.
• Prepare transaction documents like term sheets and engagement letters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
