Stifel Canada is actively seeking an Investment Banking Associate to support a senior team in Toronto. You will contribute to client presentations, industry and company research, and rigorous financial modeling. The role emphasizes mentoring Analysts and handling live transactions with client interaction.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in business with a focus on finance.
• MBA or CFA/CA/CPA strongly desired.
• Minimum three years of full-time work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting or private equity.

Responsabilidades

• Support the investment banking team with client presentations, industry and company research, financial modeling and mentoring Analysts.
• Lead workstreams and deliverables, and present to senior executives during transactions.
• Develop financial models for mergers, valuations and capital raises; maintain databases of precedent transactions and market comps.
• Create and maintain marketing materials and pitch books for client opportunities; network with clients.
• Collaborate across product groups and regional offices; mentor Analysts and provide feedback.
