Job summary

Robertson & Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT - Bus Systems Analyst V to support an 18-month contract in Toronto, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on learning technologies, application strategy, risk compliance, and enterprise program collaboration.

The successful candidate will lead SME efforts, ensure data protection, and drive efficiency across learning systems. We require a post-secondary degree, 5+ years in business application analysis, and strong Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree required.
• 5+ years of Business Application Analyst experience required.
• Strong experience with learning technologies/applications.
• Workday Learning experience is highly preferred.
• Learning technology certifications.
• Large corporation/enterprise level experience.
• Strong Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning application strategy, delivery, performance, access, data availability & integrity, and remediation planning.
• Oversee deployment and change management for learning initiatives.
• Act as Learning Application SME in project artifacts (ideation, business case, SRS, etc.).
• Ensure guidelines and controls for customer data protection and regulatory compliance across applications.
• Support incident triage/escalations, bulk data loads, data governance, and release management.
• Collaborate with business partners to assess processes and required system changes.
• Serve as SME in Enterprise programs for application functionality.
• Develop sound business cases with stakeholders emphasizing reusability and enterprise-wide solutions.
