Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to ensure tooling meets process expectations in a fast-paced stamping facility. The role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a Day/Afternoon rotation with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Compute dimensions and tolerances to set up machinetools
• Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining
• Assemble/disassemble parts to test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation
• Directly work with suppliers to print, design, or build situations to ensure tool expectations are met
• Analyze manufacturing repairs and adjustments to formulate solutions in standardized situations

The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for ensuring tooling meets process expectations. The pay range for this role is $30.00/hour to $45.00/hour.
