Based in Fall River, Nova Scotia, the position offers growth opportunities and a chance to play a significant role in our expansion.

What You’ll Do :

• Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing TikTok creators for our affiliate programs.
• Monitor and optimize program performance for reach, engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborate on creative briefs and shape TikTok content strategies.
• Work with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and creator tools.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or social media campaigns, especially on TikTok.
• Understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem and monetization tools like Creator Marketplace and TikTok Shop.
• Talent spotting, outreach writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven with a creative edge, knowing what performs and how to scale it.
• Self-starter, proactive, quick-moving, and growth-oriented.
