Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in ticketing operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Ticketing and Ticketmaster Archtics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain events in the ticketing system for all teams (NHL, WHL, NLL, AHL).
• Create and manage ticket renewal programs and game pack design.
• Ensure online account tools function and assist with CRM integration and marketing communications.
• Manage ticket inventory across events.
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
