Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a Ticketing - Operations professional for events at Scotiabank Arena. You will execute ticketing tasks, manage inventories, and collaborate with partners to ensure smooth on-site operations and guest experiences.

The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Experience with Host, Archtics, and TM1 is a plus; CAD salary range reflects Toronto market.

Formación

• Previous experience and knowledge of ticket operations and administration is required.
• Knowledge of the Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and TM1 Systems is a definite asset.
• Excellent administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proven time management skills and must be reliable to adhere to time sensitive deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain ticketed sports events across MLSE venues, focusing on Host Sports and external partners.
• Liaise with partners and promoters on ticketing tasks (pricing, offers, delivery, presale/on sale).
• Execute event builds (pricing, barcoding, mobile ticket management).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure manifests and maps are accurate.
• Provide ticketing support and troubleshoot issues (replacement, scanning, refunds).
• Provide reporting on ticket inventory and sales to internal/external contacts.
