GMM Music Public Company Limited is seeking an Operations Support specialist to manage online concert ticketing. You will set up the ticketing system, prepare event details, verify pricing and payment methods, and ensure readiness before sales go live.

You will monitor the systems during sales, coordinate with couriers, issue tax invoices, and handle administrative documents. Flexibility for weekends/show dates is required; this role is based in Canada with potential travel.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in ticketing system operations, live entertainment, or event management.
• Proven experience in setting up and testing event ticketing, pricing, benefits, and payment gateways.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to monitor systems and resolve issues during live ticket sales.
• Hands-on experience in ticket printing, packing, and courier delivery tracking.
• Detail-oriented in handling tax invoices, payment records, and reimbursement documents.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with event organizers, couriers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or show dates, to support live operations.

Aufgaben

• Set up and manage the concert ticketing system accurately, on time, and efficiently.
• Prepare event information and set up events on the ticketing platform.
• Set up and verify ticket sales details, including ticket prices, benefits, show schedules, and payment methods, in accordance with event organizer requirements.
• Check and test the system to ensure readiness before ticket sales go live.
• Monitor the ticketing and payment systems during ticket sales, analyze issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and report critical incidents to supervisors.
• Print, pack, and deliver concert tickets to customers according to established standards.
• Track ticket delivery status, coordinate with courier companies, and follow up until packages are successfully delivered to customers.
• Process and send tax invoices and other related documents upon customer request.
• Prepare, track, and maintain payment, expense reimbursement, and other administrative documents.
