Qualifications

• Compliance with OH&S Act and health and safety policies.
• Two years of experience in a store or warehouse environment.
• Some high school completed.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers/donors in a positive, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Protect the integrity of all donated items.
• Process cash and debit sales with accurate transactions.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and shelf replenishment.
• May act as Team Lead in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain an attractive, organized store and adhere to safety policies.
