Job summary

The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily thrift store operations at the Calgary location. The role combines sales associate duties with supervisory responsibilities to ensure smooth store performance.

You will engage customers and donors, process transactions, and help maintain an organized, safe, and visually appealing store. Training and guidance will be provided as needed to uphold service standards and comply with OH&S

Qualifications

• Completion of some high school.
• Two years of store/warehouse experience.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily thrift store operations and cash handling.
• Interact with customers and donors in a friendly manner.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels.
• Support Store Manager and lead associates as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
