Job summary

Cineplex Mississauga is seeking a Theatre Manager to oversee Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail operations, ensuring policies and standards are followed while building a clear business vision and positive morale.

You will recruit, coach, plan succession, manage the budget, drive revenue and deliver Groups & Events, with strong leadership through peak periods and a commitment to guest experience.

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs to offer options, solutions and resolutions.
• Proven ability to lead a team through high-volume periods across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail within the venue.
• Ensure facility reflects Cineplex standards and all checklists/inspections are up to date.
• Execute Groups & Events within venue.

What you will do:Theatre ManagerCineplex’s Theatre Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Theatre Managers work to ensure that Company policies, procedures, and standards are all being followed across the venue.
