Job summary

Cineplex Inc. Vaughan is seeking a Theatre Manager to oversee theatre and venue operations, ensuring guest experience aligns with company standards.

You will manage Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail functions, drive revenue, and lead a diverse team through high-volume periods. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, staff recruitment and coaching, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to lead a team during high volume periods.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail operations within the venue.

• Execute Groups & Events within venue.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management, and plan for succession.

Theatre Managers work to ensure that Company policies, procedures, and standards are all being followed across the venue.
