Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Test Lead in Calgary, Alberta to own the master test strategy, plan, and defect management for enterprise IAM/IGA initiatives. You will lead SIT, UAT, and go-live validation, coordinating across SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, AD, Workday, and ServiceNow.

You will manage day-to-day testing activities, drive risk-based testing, and ensure auditable evidence and traceability. Strong stakeholder mgmt and regulatory experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience with 3+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives.
• Experience delivering IAM, Identity Governance (IGA) and/or Cybersecurity programs.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT and production/go-live readiness.
• Strong Azure DevOps test and defect management experience.
• Experience testing complex integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the master Test Strategy, Plan, schedules, gates and defect management processes.
• Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security and Go-Live Validation.
• Manage day-to-day testing activities, resources, progress, risks and quality metrics.
• Lead testing of IAM/IGA capabilities including lifecycle processes, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC and access workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, AD, Workday, ServiceNow and other apps.
• Facilitate defect triage and prioritize defect resolution.
• Maintain testing dashboards, metrics and evidence in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure requirements, test cases, defects and evidence are traceable and audit-ready.
• Coordinate UAT participation and communicate testing status to leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Contractor/third-party identity processes.

• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing acrossSailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentineland other enterprise applications.

• Facilitate defect triage and prioritize defect resolution.

• Maintain testing dashboards, metrics, defects and reporting withinAzure DevOps.

• Ensure requirements, test cases, defects and evidence are fully traceable andaudit-ready.

• Coordinate UAT participation and communicate testing status, risks and go-live readiness to project leadership and stakeholders.

What you must have:

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience, including3+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives.

• Experience deliveringIAM, Identity Governance (IGA) and/or Cybersecurity programs.
