Job summary

Pacer Group in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an experienced E2E Test Lead to guide quality assurance across enterprise applications, cloud migration initiatives, and digital transformation programs. This contract role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and lasts 12 months, with a pay rate of CAD 50-54 per hour.

You will lead test strategy development, coordinate with business, development, architecture, and DevOps teams, and ensure release readiness through rigorous functional, API, and integration testing.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of software quality assurance and testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated QA and TestComplete.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, API, SIT, UAT, and E2E testing.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or Rest Assured.
• Experience developing and executing test strategies, test plans, and validation frameworks.
• Strong experience in defect management, risk assessment, test reporting, and release readiness.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
