Territory Sales Supervisor
The impact you will have:

The Territory Sales Supervisor role offers seasoned sales professionals an opportunity to develop leadership skills by managing and mentoring a team of up to 6 Territory Account Executives (Levels 1 and 2). You will lead a team responsible for a team quota and support strategic buying accounts, focusing on driving sales revenue and gross profit through hardware, software, and services.

What you’ll do:
  1. Lead Level 1 and 2 TSRs, reporting to a Territory Sales Leader.
  2. Achieve team sales targets by ensuring high performance.
  3. Develop and execute management processes.
  4. Participate in customer engagement for coaching.
  5. Create strategies to expand customer footprint, revenue, and profit.
  6. Drive sales activities to generate pipeline opportunities.
  7. Manage forecasts for 30, 60, and 90 days.
  8. Analyze reports and KPIs for business insights.
  9. Manage under-performers with guidance.
  10. Act as escalation point to improve customer experience.
  11. Assist in designing sales territories, plans, and compensation.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  1. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  2. Deep knowledge of software licensing and hardware products.
  3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
