As a Territory Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront, engaging customers with our ground-breaking new product and delivering a premium experience. If you are creative and determined to convert each interaction into sales, then we are looking for you.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Travelling Territory Sales Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships, confidently engage with customers, and drive sales for a cutting-edge, smoke-free tobacco device. Must be comfortable to commute across Vancouver / North Van throughout the shift.

  • Territory: Vancouver / North Van, BC
  • Start date: May 12, 2025
  • Contract: December 31, 2025
  • Hours: 28 hrs per week
  • 4 days per week (flexible)
  • 6 hrs per day (flexible - 12-8 pm)
  • Rate: $27 per hour + incentives based on performance + 1 hr paid commute time
Key Responsibilities
  • Field Sales & Relationship Building: Visit 2 retail locations daily, spending 3 hours per location, fostering relationships with store staff, and actively engaging customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Confidently approach and educate potential customers on the benefits of smoke-free devices. Have conversations with new customers, making them feel at ease and interested in the product.
  • Expert Technical Demonstrations: Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the functionality and advantages of the device.
  • Sales & Customer Registration: Drive sales by closing deals, accurately register customers, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Retailer Relationship Management: Work closely with retail partners to ensure cooperation, encourage redirections, and boost customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Solution-oriented Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively, finding solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Reliable Transportation: Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation is essential.
  • Sales-Driven: Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Personable & Confident: Social, approachable, and skilled at building relationships.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Able to deliver product details clearly and engagingly.
  • Problem Solver: Comfortable having tough conversations and finding practical solutions.
  • Physically Active: Able to be on your feet, actively engage with customers, and transport assets weighing up to 50 lbs.
