Territory Sales Representative, Dental Capital Equipment

Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies with a 130-year history of innovation. The role focuses on influencing and increasing Dentsply Sirona’s business activities across the CAD / CAM portfolio, meeting sales targets, and supporting the authorized dealers’ network and end-user customers with CAD / CAM products. The position requires in-depth knowledge of the dental technology market and represents Dentsply Sirona’s solution as the clinical expert at a regional level. Opportunities for business growth come from new product launches, conversions, new users, and increased product usage by current users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute a business plan and plan of action aligned with the company direction and sales strategy to achieve / exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate and co-travel with dealer sales representatives and technical staff to increase Equipment sales
  • Collaborate with DS sales team across all portfolios in the territory to maximize business opportunities through synergy initiatives
  • Act on leads provided via lead platform, dealers’ sales and technical representatives, and others as needed
  • Identify and maintain accurate sales forecast and pipeline
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to doctors and staff to facilitate closing and enable dealer representatives
  • Conduct sales training for the dealer Dental Sales Representatives
  • Develop expert product knowledge to demonstrate equipment and workflow capabilities to dental professionals
  • Maintain CRM information and provide timely competitive information and customer feedback to sales management, peer group, and marketing
  • Attend regional and national tradeshows as required by management
  • Maintain key relationships with KOLs, universities, colleges, and industry associations
  • Conversions and new product launches (NPLs)
  • Budget management for Training and Events (T&E)
  • Leverage and coordinate local continuing education events to maximize sales impact and ROI
  • Effective planning and tools utilization
  • Territory coverage : Northeastern region of Ontario, focusing on the eastern part of the Greater Toronto Area (East GTA)

  • Dental education / experience is an asset
