Job summary

CFIB is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Prince George, BC to manage and grow a local sales territory, meeting with small and medium-sized business owners and presenting CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support.

This role offers on-target earnings of $85,000–$95,000 with uncapped commissions, a monthly expense allowance, employer-paid health benefits, RRSP matching, and ongoing professional development. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
