Job summary

CFIB, Canada’s largest association for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative for Swift Current. You will manage your local territory, meet business owners, and present CFIB solutions that deliver value and savings while generating leads through referrals and networking.

Expect daytime, weekday hours with uncapped commissions. You’ll be supported by structured training, a strong brand, and long-term career growth opportunities within CFIB.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in Swift Current.
• Meet with small and medium business owners to understand needs.

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Swift Current team.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Swift Current area
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
• Build long term relationships with members
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

Who Succeeds in this Role?

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
• Comfortable working in a field-based role
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset

What Will You Receive?

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $135,000+
