Job summary

CFIB is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our Milton/Mississauga team. You will manage and grow an assigned sales territory, meeting with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs and present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support.

This role offers daytime, weekday hours with uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $135,000+
