Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to cover Tillsonburg and Simcoe. The role offers CAD 85,000–CAD 95,000 in on-target earnings per year plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with top performers CAD 135,000+.

You will manage an assigned territory, meet with local business owners, present CFIB solutions, and build long-term relationships while benefiting from structured training and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

What Will You Receive?

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $135,000+.
